材料<br />
青蔥一斤豬腳一斤冰糖二兩鹽一茶匙酒適量<br />

作法<br />
1.豬腳洗淨,先以開水燙煮後,以水飄涼。 <br />
2.取蔥白及蔥根洗淨,和豬腳、冰糖、鹽及清水文火燉煮至熟爛。 <br />
3.可加酒同煮帶動血液循環,對於胃燥或胃出血病癒者具療效。
