糖醋帶魚

所需材料:<br />
<strong>新鮮白帶魚、香菇、雞蛋、青豆、洋蔥、番茄、姜、蒜。</strong><br />
<br />
調味料:<br />
<strong>醬油、番茄醬、香油、香醋、澱粉、鹽、糖。</strong><br />
<br />
做法:<br />
白帶魚部分:<br />
<strong>1、帶魚切段,放入醬油、澱粉、鹽、半個全蛋液。<br />
2、拌勻,醃10分鐘。<br />
3、番茄、香菇、洋蔥切丁,姜、蒜切末。<br />
4、將醃好帶魚炸至兩面金黃,微微有點焦,撈起瀝油。</strong><br />
糖醋汁部分:<br />
<strong>5、鍋裡放少許炸帶魚的油,將蔥姜爆香。<br />
6、放入番茄丁,炒至出汁。<br />
7、放入洋蔥丁、香菇丁,1/3湯匙鹽,略炒。<br />
8、放一碗清水煮開。<br />
9、放適量番茄醬和糖,煮開。<br />
10、放少許澱粉拌勻。<br />
11、倒入青豆,湯汁變稠即可關火。</strong><br />

將湯汁淋在炸好的帶魚上!<br />
