白花椰菜 一顆 中型牛番茄 3顆 橄欖油 適量 蒜頭 5瓣 鹽 適量 糖 非常少&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />

作法<br />

番茄畫十字刀後入滾水川燙撈起去皮,切塊白花椰洗淨切小朵蒜頭切片備用 <br />
2 <br />
起鍋,下橄欖油和蒜頭,番茄炒個1分鐘然後加入2碗水和白花椰稍微拌炒一下蓋上鍋蓋轉小火煮個10分鐘 <br />
3 <br />
觀察湯汁是否已經變成漂亮的紅色,白花椰是否上色了,然後加入鹽和一點點的糖調味,即可上桌~ <br />
