食材 ( 3 人份 ) <br />
材料:旗魚 一片 材料:地瓜粉 1杯 材料:大蒜 4顆 <br />

醃料:米酒 少許 醃料:鹽 少許 <br />

調味料:蕃茄醬 1大匙 調味料:水 4大匙 調味料:鹽 1/4小匙 調味料:二砂糖 1 又1/2大匙&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />

作法<br />

把旗魚切成3公分0.5公分厚加入醃料醃10分鐘 <br />
2 <br />
把醃好的魚片沾地瓜粉,起油鍋,把反潮後的旗魚片下油鍋至兩面黃即可起鍋備用。 <br />
3 <br />
另一鍋放入糖,全融化後加入水、蕃茄醬、鹽、大蒜,再把魚片倒入拌至水收乾即成 <br />
