食材 ( 4 人份 ) <br />
豬里肌肉 70元 葵花油 1+1匙 <br />
醃料<br />
穀盛壽喜燒 2匙 米酒 2匙 葵花油 1匙 蓮藕粉 2匙 <br />
醬汁<br />
甜麵醬 半包 穀盛壽喜燒 2匙 番茄醬 2匙 冰糖 半匙 <br />
裝飾<br />
小黃瓜 1根 白芝麻 適量&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />

作法<br />
1 <br />
豬里肌肉放冷凍庫冰過,拿下來略為退冰後再切絲..(這樣才不會軟軟的不好切) <br />
2 <br />
加入醃料略醃10分鐘..(醃料拌勻後再加蓮藕粉拌勻) <br />
3 <br />
小黃瓜刨成長片擺盤備用.. <br />
4 <br />
中小火起油鍋,倒入葵花油1匙,作法2的豬肉絲拌炒至八分熟,起鍋備用.. <br />
5 <br />
原油鍋倒入葵花油1匙及醬汁炒勻後再加入作法4拌炒上色就完成囉!! <br />
6 <br />
裝盤後灑上白芝麻即可上桌食用了~~ <br />
