梅花肉片200公克韓式泡菜200公克蒜片10公克蔥白10公克蔥尾5公克<br />

調味料<br />
鹽少許細砂糖少許雞粉1/4小匙米酒1/2小匙<br />

作法<br />
1.韓式泡菜切小段備用。&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
2.熱鍋,倒入1大匙沙拉油燒熱,以中火爆香蒜末和蔥段,放入梅花肉片拌炒至顏色變白,加入蔥尾、作法1泡菜段以及所有調味料拌炒均勻至入味即可。
