  <strong>主料:綠豆200克 冰糖80克<br />
  輔料:玫瑰花適量 蓮子20顆</strong><br />

  怎樣做出清涼爽口的綠豆沙——冰糖玫瑰綠豆沙的做法步驟<br />
  <strong>1. 提前將綠豆用清水浸泡開,蓮子洗淨;<br />
  2. 將綠豆放入電飯鍋內,倒入適量清水,轉入煮粥環節;<br />
  3. 待時間到了,打開鍋蓋,將開花的綠豆舀出放進過濾網上,過濾出沙;<br />
  4. 過濾的同時可將蓮子和玫瑰花放入高壓鍋內,倒入500ml清水轉入米飯環節;<br />
  5. 待過濾出細膩的豆沙後,將煮有蓮子高壓鍋打開,放入冰糖,待冰糖完全融化後,就是玫瑰蓮子糖水;<br />
  6. 將玫瑰蓮子糖水和綠豆泥同時冰鎮後,再把玫瑰蓮子糖水倒入綠豆沙泥中,攪勻就是冰糖玫瑰綠豆沙啦,口感冰涼沙甜超贊。</strong><br />
