食材 ( 2 人份 ) <br />
牛腩(牛肋條) 250g <br />
醃料<br />
蒜頭 8顆 穀盛壽喜燒醬 2大匙 <br />
嗆鍋<br />
米酒 1大匙 <br />
裝飾<br />
蔥花 適量 <br />

作法<br />

備好所有食材。牛肋條(牛腩)切成適口大小,備用。 <br />
2 <br />
取一個塑膠袋或容器,先調醃醬。(蒜頭拍碎 + 穀盛壽喜燒醬2大匙) <br />
3 <br />
再將牛肋條塊(牛腩塊)放進醬汁中,綁緊塑膠袋,置於冰箱冷藏醃製20~30分鐘。 <br />
4 <br />
熱鍋(不需加油),牛肋條(牛腩)本身油脂就很多,等會兒就會出油,以[中大火]煎熟牛肉,並於鍋緣嗆上米酒1大匙。(需隨時拋鍋或翻攪,讓牛肉各面均能煎熟,約耗時6~8分鐘。) <br />

最後,撒上蔥花〜完成囉! <br />
