<br />
  材料:<br />
  <strong>茄子4個,雞肉糜200克,洋蔥1個</strong><br />
<br />
  調味料:<br />
  <strong>咖喱粉3大量勺,雞湯塊1個,鹽2/3小量勺,胡椒少許,伍斯特沙司2大量勺,色拉油5大量勺</strong><br />
<br />
  做法:<br />
  <strong>1、茄子去皮,切成滾刀塊,然後用水沖洗一下,再瀝去水分,洋蔥切薄片。<br />
  2、鍋中放入4大量勺油加熱後,放入茄子翻炒3-4分鐘後盛出。<br />
  3、在鍋中倒入剩餘的油,加熱後,放入洋蔥、肉糜翻炒,然後加入A中的調味料調味。最後放入茄子回鍋加熱翻炒後關火。<br />
  4、盛入容器,撒上香草即可。</strong><br />
