原料:味增,蝦5個,嫩豆腐半塊,干裙帶菜1小把,金針菇1小把,干貝素半湯勺。<br />

製作:<br />
<strong>1.準備好所有原料,可以根據自己手邊上的原料調整配料。<br />
2.我用的味增調味料包裝,一休品牌哈。<br />
3.干裙帶菜用水泡發備用。<br />
4.嫩豆腐切成片或者塊。<br />
5.干貝素提鮮用的。<br />
6.鍋中燒入適量的清水,放入半勺干貝素提鮮。<br />
7.鍋開後,放入泡發並且洗淨的裙帶菜。<br />
8.蝦仁去蝦線去頭去皮取肉,放入鍋中。<br />
9.再放入嫩豆腐一起煮。<br />
10.取一漏勺放入湯中,把味增放入漏勺裡,用筷子化開。<br />
