<strong>主料: 大蝦7-8 只<br />
輔料: 大蔥6片 薑片2片<br />
調料: 泰式甜辣醬3湯匙 鹽1茶匙 料酒3湯匙 清水少許</strong><br />

烹飪方法:<br />
<strong>1.鍋中倒入適當的橄欖油,中火加熱至5成熱。<br />
2.放入大蝦,略炸至定型即可。<br />
3.所有炸過的蝦撈出控干備用,蝦油放入小瓶中放涼儲存備用。<br />
4.炒鍋中放入適量的蝦油,放入蔥薑片,大火爆香鍋底。<br />
5.放入炸過的大蝦,翻炒數下,用鹽調味後加入泰式甜辣醬,翻炒均勻。可以加入少量的清水。<br />
6.湯汁收干變濃稠後即可出鍋。</strong><br />
