  用料 :<br />
  <strong>日本豆腐 2條 澱粉<br />
  番茄沙司 5湯匙 白糖 1湯匙<br />
  鹽 1茶匙 清水 適量<br />
</strong><br />
  做法 :<br />
  <strong>1、準備好玉子豆腐2條<br />
  2、用到從中間部分切開,不要從頭剪開<br />
  3、用刀把豆腐切成寬度約1cm的塊<br />
  4、把切好的豆腐直接放在澱粉中包裹,沾滿澱粉<br />
  5、鍋中倒油,油熱後放入沾滿澱粉的豆腐,錶面炸至脆硬。全部炸好後,放到容器中<br />
  6、炒鍋中倒入少量油,放入番茄沙司,白糖,鹽,適量清水,熬製濃稠後起鍋,淋在豆腐上即可</strong><br />
