<strong>主料:土豆中等大小一個<br />
輔料:胡蘿蔔一小塊 牛奶兩勺 咖喱塊一塊 鹽一小撮 黑胡椒粉一小撮</strong><br />

咖喱土豆泥的做法步驟<br />
<strong>1. 土豆洗乾淨,趁錶面濕的時候,用保鮮膜包起來,放微波爐叮大概5分鐘,取出,用筷子試下,能輕鬆穿透即是熟透了.<br />
2. 胡蘿蔔切片,放在盤子裡,撒少量水,入微波爐叮一分鐘左右至熟.<br />
3. 土豆撕去皮,用勺子按壓成泥,叮熟的胡蘿蔔切成末加入土豆泥中,加少量鹽和黑胡椒粉,邊用勺子攪拌,邊加入適量牛奶,調整到合適的稀稠度即可.<br />
4. 取一個模具,放在容器中,把土豆泥填進去,輕輕按壓成型後,提起模具,土豆泥就在容器中形成一個漂亮的形狀.(沒有模具不用拗造型了,省掉這步,直接放盤子或者碗裡)<br />
5. 取一個咖哩塊,放在平底鍋中,加適量清水(或者高湯),加熱攪拌至咖哩塊融化,澆在土豆泥上即可.吃的時候攪拌開.</strong><br />
