  <strong>食材:粉絲200克 蝦仁100克 豬肉100克 香菇5朵 蔥花適量 雞蛋1個 魚露適量 細鹽適量</strong><br />

  做法:<br />
  <strong>1. 備好蔥花,蝦仁,雞蛋,粉絲,豬肉。<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;2. 將粉絲下溫水中泡製微軟,再瀝水備用。<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;3. 熱鍋,將肥肉下鍋,煎至出油。<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;4. 雞蛋打散,下鍋煎製。<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;5. 蛋液凝固後,將泡好的粉絲下鍋。<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;6. 再加入瘦肉條,用筷子劃散拌炒至七分熟。<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;7. 再轉小火,加入適量魚露。<br />

  什錦炒粉做法小貼士<br />
  <strong>一:用豬油炒制,這樣子會更香。<br />
  二:溫水泡製粉絲,泡至用手抓粉絲時,粉絲還可快速彈回或是回形。不要泡至到粉絲一團,粘牢在一起。<br />
  三:先大火炒制,再轉小火炒至入味。</strong><br />
