  <strong>原料:麵粉250克,酵母粉2克,雞胸脯肉2塊,火腿腸1根,蔥3段,香油﹑鹽各適量</strong><br />

  做法:<br />
  <strong>1.酵母粉用溫水化開,倒入麵粉中。加溫水揉成麵糰,放置一邊醒發(發麵時間視室溫而定,秋冬季節一般要2~3個小時)。<br />
  2.麵糰發至2倍大的時候。開始把蔥和火腿切丁。<br />
  3.雞胸脯肉放鍋中,煮熟。<br />
  4.把煮熟的雞胸脯肉,切丁備用。<br />
  5.把香蔥丁,火腿丁和雞胸脯丁放在一起,加適量鹽拌勻。<br />
  6.把發好的麵糰揉幾下,把麵糰中的氣泡揉下去。</strong><br />
