食材 ( 6 人份 ) <br />
土雞切塊 半隻 <br />
山藥 半根 <br />
紅棗 15顆 <br />
枸杞 1小搓 <br />
老薑 3片 <br />
米酒 50cc <br />

作法<br />
1 <br />
備妥材料,雞肉洗淨, 中藥材皆需用清水沖過。 <br />
2 <br />
雞肉放入可淹過所有雞肉的冷水鍋中,加入3片薑,用大火煮至滾,撈起雞肉洗去表面雜質。 <br />

倒入可蓋過雞肉的清水及米酒50cc和紅棗的湯鍋中,開大火煮滾後,再轉成小火煮約40分鐘。 <br />
4 <br />
入鍋前才將山藥去皮切塊,以免接觸空氣久了氧化變黑。 <br />
5 <br />
起鍋前再將山藥及枸杞放入鍋中以大火煮滾5分鐘後關火,即可盛碗上桌囉! <br />
