  調料:水400ml</strong><br />

  羊肉燉包菜的做法<br />
  <strong>1.材料: 羊肉1000G(有肥、有瘦、有骨的),包菜1500G,整顆胡椒粒1/2湯勺,大鹽1/4湯勺,水400ml。想湯汁有點濃度可用少量的麵粉。<br />
  2.將羊肉清洗乾淨,切成大塊,<br />
  3.包菜清洗乾淨,切成大片。<br />
  4.取一大個鍋(挪威人將這個鍋叫做F?rikal鍋),一層包菜;<br />
  5.在包菜上碼一層肉;<br />
  6.在上面撒上一些整顆胡椒粒和鹽;<br />
  7.然後篩入一點點麵粉;<br />
  8.就是這樣一層層的碼上去,最後注入水。<br />
  9.將鍋放在爐上用大火燒開;<br />
  10.然後轉小火燉2.5-3小時,中間無需翻動,至羊肉完全爛了即好。<br />
  11.你也可以在關火前半小時放入一些削了皮的土豆同煮。或另起鍋煮些土豆。</strong><br />
