材料<br />
杏鮑菇300公克薑50公克紅辣椒2根蒜片20公克九層塔20公克<br />
<br />
調味料<br />
胡麻油2大匙三杯醬4大匙米酒2大匙水1大匙<br />

作法<br />
1.杏鮑菇洗淨切滾刀塊狀;薑洗淨切片;紅辣椒剖半;九層塔挑去粗莖洗淨,備用。&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
2.熱一鍋油,以大火將杏鮑菇炸至外觀呈金黃色,撈起瀝油。&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
3.洗淨鍋子,熱鍋,加入胡麻油以小火爆香蒜片、薑片和紅辣椒,放入作法2的杏鮑菇塊和其餘的調味料,以大火煮至滾沸後,持續翻炒至湯汁略收乾,再加入九層塔略拌炒即可。
