<strong>用料:草魚(我只用了半條),芹菜苗幾根,香菜,花生碎,花椒,干辣椒,辣椒面,蔥,姜,鹽,雞精,料酒,白酒,白糖</strong><br />

做法:<br />
<strong>1.草魚洗淨,去魚線,魚鰭,魚尾。<br />
2.魚肉切塊,加一小勺鹽,倒入料酒醃製15分鐘,去腥。<br />
3.鍋裡倒油燒熱,倒入魚塊,油炸備用。<br />
4.鍋底留一點底油,涼油放花椒,慢慢烹出香味,倒入薑絲,蔥花,干辣椒炒出香味。<br />
5.倒入炸好的魚塊 ,放鹽,雞精,糖,辣椒面,倒一點白酒,干煸一會。<br />
7.放入切好的小芹菜苗翻炒,最後放花生碎,香菜碎煸1分鐘即可出鍋。</strong><br />

特色:<strong>這道菜吃米飯很下飯,麻辣鹹鮮,涼著吃是一道下酒的好菜,非常過癮,吃不出一點點的魚腥味,愛吃魚的朋友可有口福了熱吃涼吃都好吃的。</strong><br />
