<strong>用料:中筋麵粉適量,豬肉適量,菠菜適量,雞蛋適量,食用油適量,鹽適量,醬油適量,美極鮮適量,胡椒粉適量,鮮辣粉適量,香油適量</strong><br />

薄皮餡餅的做法<br />
<strong>1. 準備好材料<br />
2. 鍋中燒開水<br />
3. 將1/10的麵粉用開水燙一會,再加入涼水一起和面<br />
4. 將麵糰充分揉搓,揉成光滑的麵糰,蓋上佈,餳15分鐘<br />
5. 鍋中燒開水,將菠菜焯水,菠菜變色後撈出放涼水中沖洗一下撈出擠干水份<br />
6. 打入一個雞蛋,放油鍋中炒熟<br />
7. 五花肉切成黃豆大水的粒,炒好的雞蛋切小粒,焯過水的菠菜切小粒<br />
8. 熱鍋涼油,下五花肉煸炒出油至金黃色,加入鹽,胡椒粉,醬油炒勻出鍋<br />
9. 將炒好的五花肉、雞蛋,菠菜一起混合,加入美極鮮,胡椒粉,鮮辣粉,香油、鹽拌勻成餡<br />
10. 餳好的麵糰搓成長條,分成大小合適的面劑<br />
11. 將面搟成薄面皮,放餡料<br />
12. 包成包子,收口處朝下面,按扁成麵餅<br />
13. 煎鍋中刷一層油,放餡餅,蓋上蓋子,大火烙2分鐘轉小火烙至兩面金黃即可</strong><br />
