  <strong>用料:低筋麵粉80g,雞蛋4個,細砂糖(蛋清打發)30g,細砂糖(蛋黃打發)30g,色拉油40ml,水60ml,玉米澱粉1小勺,檸檬汁2滴(可不用),食用紅色素1滴,抹茶粉少量,可可粉少量,動物淡奶油180g,白砂糖20g,香蕉1根</strong><br />

  做法:<br />
  <strong>1. 準備材料,蛋清蛋黃分離(取4個蛋清,3個蛋黃)<br />
   2. 蛋黃中加入35g細砂糖, 用打蛋器打至起泡<br />
  3. 再依次加入水、色拉油、檸檬汁攪拌均勻<br />
  4. 蛋黃糊中篩入低筋麵粉和玉米澱粉<br />
  5. 用打蛋器拌成均勻的麵糊<br />
  6. 蛋白分二次加入細砂糖30g,打至濕性發泡<br />
  7. 提起打蛋器呈現尖角的狀態</strong><br />
