<strong>原料:內酯豆腐、豬肉、香菇、黑木耳、黃花菜、香菜、榨菜、雞蛋、水澱粉、耗油、自制蝦皮味精、鹽</strong><br />
<br />
做法:<br />
<strong>1.豬肉剁碎加少許鹽、料酒、醬油、薑末醃製10分鐘,香菜切小段、榨菜切碎備用;<br />
2.木耳、黃花菜、香菇泡發後洗淨,改刀;<br />
3.蒸鍋燒開水,放入豆腐蒸10分鐘;<br />
4.起鍋倒入油,先放入肉碎炒至變色;<br />
5.再放入木耳、黃花菜、香菇翻炒片刻;<br />
6.倒入適量的水煮沸(喜歡顏色深的再加入少許醬油,我之前是用醬油醃肉所以不用再加了);<br />
7.調入鹽、蝦皮味精、耗油,再倒入水澱粉勾芡;<br />
8.再次燒開,打入一個雞蛋即可。</strong><br />
