材料<br />
鮮干貝100公克小黃瓜80公克小蕃茄40公克蘿蔓生菜40公克<br />

調味料<br />
牛頭牌牛頭牌紅蔥肉燥2大匙柴魚醬油1大匙熟白芝麻1茶匙涼開水2大匙<br />

作法<br />
1.鮮干貝切片,放入鍋中汆燙30秒後取出泡冰水備用。 <br />
2.小黃瓜切小塊,蘿蔓生菜切碎,小蕃茄切半,將所有蔬菜與作法1的鮮干貝盛盤。 <br />
3.牛頭牌紅蔥肉燥與柴魚醬油、涼開水、白芝麻混合淋入作法2盤中即可。
