<strong>主料:雞蛋4個 火腿2根 聖女果8個 香蕉1個<br />
輔料:鹽適量 澱粉少許 五香粉少許 生抽少許</strong><br />

香蕉聖女果香煎火腿雞蛋餅的做法步驟<br />
<strong>1. 雞蛋打散,加入鹽,生抽,五香粉,和少許兌了水的澱粉,攪拌均勻<br />
2. 火腿切條狀,寬一釐米左右,厚五毫米左右,香蕉切片,厚五毫米左右,聖女果每個切成四瓣。<br />
3. 平底鍋(電餅鐺)刷油加熱,倒入蛋液,使蛋液均勻平鋪在鍋底,待蛋液快凝固時,將火腿,香蕉,聖女果平鋪在蛋餅表面,(注意,儘量不要疊放)待蛋餅底層焦 黃表面蛋液凝固,香蕉火腿熟透,就可以出鍋,聖女果只要保證粘在蛋餅表面不掉,生的好吃,可以先放火腿,其次香蕉片,最後再放聖女果。</strong><br />
