鮮香菇70公克杏鮑菇70公克柳松菇70公克蠔油醬2大匙<br />

作法<br />
1.鮮香菇去蒂與杏鮑菇切片,柳松菇去頭,一起放入沸水中汆燙30秒後後瀝乾備用。 <br />
2.將作法1材料放加入蠔油醬一起拌勻即可。
