材料<br />
五花肉1塊蒜頭5瓣<br />

調味料<br />
醬油1杯酒1杯冰糖少許<br />

作法<br />
(1)將五花肉表面的細毛去除,再用菜刀將豬皮刮淨,最後清洗一下備用。 <br />
(2)將五花肉下方翻轉過來,用刀劃十字形,劃到五花肉厚度的一半處,不可將五花肉切斷,再將切過的那一面往下,放入深皿中。 <br />
(3)起油鍋,將蒜頭稍微爆香後,也放入深皿裡。將調味料先拌勻,倒入皿中。 <br />
(4)用中華鍋燒開水,放上蒸架後,將深皿擺上,蓋上鍋蓋,轉小火蒸約4~5小時即可。
