材料<br />
小米20公克白米70公克紅豆15公克栗子25公克芋頭30公克紅棗15公克桂圓肉25公克葡萄乾15公克水90㏄<br />

作法<br />
1.栗子用開水(材料外)浸泡約1小時至發漲,挑去肉縫中的皮;紅豆用冷水(材料外)浸泡約4小時至漲發,瀝乾水;芋頭切丁,備用。 <br />
2.將白米與小米與作法1及其他的材料一起洗淨瀝乾水分,放入電子鍋中加入水,按下開關蒸至開關跳起後,再燜十分鐘即可。
