  <strong>原料:<br />
  粉絲、白菜、羊肉片、薑片、蔥花。</strong><br />

  <strong>調料:<br />
  鹽、雞精(或味精)、白胡椒粉、香油。</strong><br />

  <strong>做法:<br />
  1、粉絲用溫水泡軟待用,白菜洗淨切成段備用;<br />
  2、鍋中放水及兩片生薑燒開後放入泡軟的粉絲燒開後加入白菜,再次煮沸後,加入羊肉片,調入鹽,雞精,煮開後調入多一些的白胡椒粉及香油,灑上蔥花即可。</strong><br />
