梅花排骨切塊 2大支 熟白芝麻 少許 薑片 8-10片 蒜片 6-8粒 <br />
調味料<br />
穀盛醇香烏醋 2大匙 香菇素蠔油 2大匙 冰糖 2大匙 米酒 2大匙 水 8大匙&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />

備料 <br />

鍋子預熱放入1-2大匙油爆香薑片及蒜片後 <br />
3 <br />
放入梅花排骨肉塊炒至半熟後 <br />
4 <br />
先放入冰糖炒出溶化後 <br />
5 <br />
加入黑醋.醬油.醬油膏.及酒跟水悶煮約25MIN左右讓湯汁收乾約剩3大匙左右 <br />

成品上桌 <br />
