材料<br />
韭菜200公克干絲150公克蒜頭3粒辣椒1條<br />
<br />
調味料<br />
鹽少許白胡椒粉少許香油少許<br />

作法<br />
1.韭菜洗淨去除蒂部再切成小段狀;蒜頭與辣椒切成片狀,備用。&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
2.將干絲洗淨,再切成小段狀備用。&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
3.熱鍋,加入1大匙沙拉油,放入作法1的蒜頭片與辣椒片,以中火爆香。&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
4.再加入作法1、2的干絲段、韭菜段與所有調味料,以中火翻炒均勻即可。
