羊肉一斤<br />
輔料:<br />
水發木耳一把、黃花一把、龍口粉絲兩髻、青蒜苗適量、小白蘿蔔一個<br />
調料:<br />
草果適量、香油適量、香菜適量、味精適量、胡椒粉適量、鹽適量、八角適量、香葉適量、蔥適量、姜適量</strong><br />

做法:<br />
<strong>其實就是很簡單,燉的久,所以羶味都沒了。只有濃濃的鮮香。湯燉好後,加黃花菜和木耳絲,還有自家做的紅薯粉。最後來點嫩的蒜苗和香菜,淋上紅亮亮的辣椒油,紅白黃黑紅,煞是好看。<br />
1、冷水放羊肉蘿蔔,一起燒開煮一會,到很多髒末出來,撈出羊肉洗淨,蘿蔔丟掉。<br />
2、羊肉和香料一起燉到湯汁發白,我燉了五個小時,冷卻,撈出的羊油,用來燙辣椒油,可真棒。<br />
3、放入黃花菜和木耳煮一會,調味,鹽,胡椒粉。<br />
4、放入粉絲煮到八成熟(要是煮到喜歡的軟度,那麼一會吃的時候就會膩)。<br />
5、出鍋前放香菜和蒜苗,少許味精,香油。</strong><br />
