材料<br />
白干絲300公克芹菜50公克辣油汁2大匙<br />

作法<br />
1.白干絲切略短;芹菜去葉片切段,備用。 <br />
2.將作法1一起放入沸水中汆燙約5秒,取出沖冷開水至涼備用。 <br />
3.將干絲及芹菜加入辣油汁拌勻即可。
