A.新鮮鮭魚180g義式綜合香料少許麵粉適量蕃茄切片8片四季豆莢40gB.美乃滋4大匙巴西里末1/2小匙九層塔末1/2小匙醋少許匈牙利紅椒粉少許<br />

作法<br />
1.新鮮鮭魚用水稍微沖一下擦乾水分,均勻撒上鹽及義式綜合香料後,表面均勻裹上薄薄麵粉;四季豆莢洗淨放入沸水川燙至熟;材料B充分拌勻為義式美乃滋,備用。 <br />
2.熱鍋,加入適量的沙拉油將作法1適時翻煎,以先煎周圍面再煎上、下面方式做煎烤。 <br />
3.備盤,蕃茄、四季豆莢鋪在盤面上,放入煎好的鮭魚上面擺上適量的義式美乃滋即完成。
