食材 <br />
臘肉 適量 蒜苗 適量 辣椒 適量 <br />

作法<br />
1 <br />
將臘肉、蒜苗、辣椒切片。 <br />
2 <br />
鍋內放點油,將臘肉先雙面微煎,再翻炒至略為乾焦。(臘肉本身就有點油脂,所以一開始油不用放太多) <br />
3 <br />
放入辣椒,均勻翻炒,將鍋內食材炒到偏乾。 <br />
4 <br />
最後再放入蒜苗,稍微翻炒。(如果喜歡蒜苗的清脆口感的話,此步驟就不要炒太久。) <br />
