食材 ( 3 人份 ) <br />
去骨雞腿肉 2隻 穀盛壽喜燒 2大匙 青江菜 4把 紅蘿蔔 適量&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />

作法<br />
1 <br />
備妥所有食材去骨雞腿肉先洗淨切塊 <br />
2 <br />
用1大匙的穀盛壽喜燒醃製雞腿肉約10分鐘 <br />
3 <br />
利用醃製雞腿肉的時間,將蔬菜洗淨紅蘿蔔切片 <br />
4 <br />
蔬菜川燙後備用 <br />
5 <br />
熱鍋, 將醃製的雞腿肉煎到金黃香酥後, 再倒進剩餘的醃製用穀盛壽喜燒以及1大匙的穀盛壽喜燒繼續烹燒 <br />
6 <br />
將青江菜鋪底,紅蘿蔔依盤子形狀擺盤, 中間放上燒至入味的雞腿肉即完成 <br />
