  材料<br />
  <strong>主料:黃豆芽250g,飯5杯,輔料:鰣魚30g,水10杯,水3杯,蔥20g,蒜20g,芝麻3大勺,辣椒面2大勺,香油1大勺,醬油2大勺,蝦醬3大勺</strong><br />
<br />
  做法<br />
  <strong>全州以綠豆芽聞名,傳說,全州從前的府使以黃豆芽治癒了全州的風土病,從此,黃豆芽從未離桌。在鰣魚湯和煮黃豆芽的湯裡泡飯,在上面放醬蝦、拌黃豆芽、蔥、蒜、芝麻、香油、辣椒面熱吃的一種飲食。<br />
  (1)把黃豆芽去頭截尾,放3杯水煮熟並撈取加佐料拌。<br />
  (2)在10杯水中放鰣魚做鰣魚醬湯並與煮黃荳芽的湯混在一起。<br />
  (3)把飯盛在沙鍋中,在上面放蝦醬、蔥、蒜、黃荳芽,並倒許多湯加醬油熬。<br />
  (4)盛的時候放芝麻、香油、辣椒面。</strong><br />
