材料<br />
<strong>大頭魚頭1個,剁椒適量,生薑,蒜末,鹽,生抽,蔥</strong><br />
<br />
做法<br />
<strong>1、魚頭洗淨,生薑、蔥墊底,抹一層鹽醃製5分鐘。<br />
2、再放入蒸鍋,大火蒸10分鐘。<br />
3、關火,燜5分鐘。<br />
4、將生抽汁淋在魚頭上。<br />
5、油燒熱,將油淋在魚頭上。<br />
6、起鍋再將油燒熱,下薑末、蒜末爆香,放入剁椒翻炒一分鐘,澆在魚頭上,再撒上蔥花即可。</strong><br />
