食材 ( 3 人份 ) <br />
豬排骨 500g 白蘿蔔 2000g 枸杞子 15g 干貝 6粒 水 2500ml <br />
調味料<br />
豬骨湯塊 1粒 鹽 1茶匙 <br />

作法<br />

預備材料。 <br />
2 <br />
白蘿蔔去皮刨絲;干貝浸泡撕成絲狀;杞子洗淨,備用。 <br />
3 <br />
鍋內加水燒熱,放入斬件排骨汆燙至出血水,撈起洗凈並瀝乾水。 <br />
4 <br />
取另一鍋加入2500ml水燒開,放入已氽燙好的排骨、白蘿蔔絲、以大火煮沸,並且用湯勺把表面一些泡泡雜質撈掉,然後加入干貝絲和干貝水。 <br />
5 <br />
放入豬骨湯塊轉中小火燉煮1小時後,放入杞子和鹽繼續燉煮20分鐘即可。 <br />
