材料<br />
<strong>泡菜,五花肉,蒜,姜,白蘿蔔,洋蔥,豆腐,海帶,胡椒粉,鹽,清酒,芝麻油,大蔥</strong><br />
<br />
做法<br />
<strong>1)泡菜,五花肉,蒜,姜,白蘿蔔,洋蔥,豆腐改刀<br />
2)將切好的五花肉用蒜,姜,清酒醃一會兒<br />
3)將洋蔥白蘿蔔放入水中煮開,然後放入海帶再煮10分鐘<br />
4)將鍋中煮過的洋蔥、白蘿蔔和海帶取出,只留下煮好的水做湯底<br />
5)炒鍋中放少許芝麻油,然後放入醃好的五花肉翻炒兩下,把五花肉中的油炒出<br />
6)此時再往鍋中放入切好的泡菜,一同翻炒至差不多熟了,然後放入剛才煮好的湯底中煮開<br />
7)當湯煮開時往鍋中放入切好的豆腐和蔥,煮熟後再放入胡椒粉和鹽調味即可出鍋</strong><br />

小訣竅<br />
<strong>1)泡菜還是最好選用醃製10天以上的泡菜,因
