<strong>土豆中型1個、培根一片足以、洋蔥一小塊、牛奶或奶油適量、黃油適量、法香少許(沒有就不放,起到的是提香味和點綴的作用)</strong><br />

做法:<br />
<strong>1、先處理一下材料吧,土豆洗淨,去皮,切成小塊,隨便切一下就行,反正後面也要打成土豆泥;洋蔥切絲,也是隨便切切;培根切碎,切小塊或是切絲都可以;你要有法香的話,再切點法香碎。上次做三明治買的美式經典培根,是我覺得最好吃的培根,比常買的荷美爾培根好吃~<br />
另外分享個新土豆去皮的小竅門:<br />
把新土豆放在熱水裡浸泡一會兒,取出再放到冷水中,就很容易去皮了。<br />
2、鍋內放入一小塊黃油,這時要小火,你用平底鍋,或是小湯鍋都可以。<br />
3、黃油融化後,放入洋蔥絲,不停的翻炒,把洋蔥炒軟就行。<br />
4、然後放入土豆塊,再炒一會。<br />
5、這時加入清水,水不用加太多,能基本沒過土豆就行了,加水只是
