  材料<br />
  <strong>韭菜,蔥花,雞蛋,鹽,白胡椒</strong><br />

  做法<br />
  <strong>1.韭菜洗淨切吋段,兩個雞單打好備用<br />
  2.熱油放蔥花炒雞蛋,雞蛋要炒碎點,而且時間不要太長,炒的太老了不好吃而且顏色也不好看<br />
  3.雞蛋炒好盛出,用鍋裡剩下的油(最好不要再放油了)繼續炒韭菜,韭菜要快火急炒,翻兩兒個再把剛才炒好的雞蛋倒回去一起炒,放鹽和自己喜歡的白胡椒(一點),炒均勻馬上出鍋<br />
  4.一定要記住韭菜要急火快炒,那樣不老,要是老了口感會很不好,再就是不會出湯作品也好看</strong><br />
