  材料<br />
  <strong>河鯽魚,香辣醬,料酒,胡椒粉,鮑魚汁,糖,醋,味精,蔥,姜,蒜</strong><br />
<br />
  做法<br />
  <strong>1、首先清理魚:洗乾淨,瀝乾水分,在魚身上劃幾刀口子,這樣更入味。<br />
  2、先用料酒、胡椒、鮑魚汁醃製一下。<br />
  3、然後熱油鍋,放薑、蒜煸出香味後放魚,煎至變色,撈起。<br />
  4、加入香辣醬煸炒。<br />
  5、放水,下魚、糖、少許醋一起煮開,小火煨一下。<br />
  6、最後放味精,大火收汁,撒上蔥花即可</strong><br />
