食材 <br />
牛腱(2條) 685克 白蘿蔔(2條) 465克 紅蘿蔔(1條) 165克 蒜頭 6瓣 牛肉滷包 1包 味全淬釀醬油露 4大匙 糖 1大匙 米酒 2大匙 牛肉高湯 1000c.c. <br />

作法<br />

備齊材料 <br />

準備一鍋沸水(材料外),牛肉洗淨切寬2公分厚,放進沸水煮5分鐘,倒掉水後洗淨牛肉 <br />
3 <br />
準備一燉鍋,加進牛肉,牛肉高湯,蒜頭,滷包,醬油,糖,米酒,放進電鍋(外鍋加2杯水) <br />
4 <br />
電鍋跳起來後,放進紅、白蘿蔔,(外鍋再加2杯水)再煮一次,跳起來後悶20分鐘 <br />
5 <br />
燉蘿蔔牛肉就完成了~<br />
