百里香草烤秋刀魚

材料<br />
秋刀魚2尾檸檬片2片百里香草<br />

醃醬:鹽1/4小匙白酒1大匙百里香1/4小匙橄欖油1/2小匙檸檬汁1/2大匙黑胡椒末1/4小匙<br />
<br />
作法<br />
1.將所有百里香草醃醬混合均勻備用。 <br />
2.將秋刀魚去除內臟後洗淨,加入作法1的百里香草醃醬醃約15分鐘備用。 <br />
3.將作法2的秋刀魚放入已預熱的烤箱中,以150℃烤約10分鐘。 <br />
4.取出作法3的秋刀魚盛盤,搭配上檸檬片食用即可。
