材料<br />
鴨舌20支綜合滷汁2000㏄香油1大匙<br />

作法<br />
1.煮一鍋開水(份量外),放入洗淨的鴨舌汆燙1分鐘,沖涼後瀝乾。 <br />
2.將綜合滷汁煮滾後放入作法1的鴨舌,轉小火讓滷汁保持在略為滾動狀態,續煮約10分鐘。 <br />
3.將作法2的鴨舌關火浸泡20分鐘,撈起刷上香油,食用時剝去舌骨即可。
