食材 ( 4 人份 ) <br />
新鮮香菇 400g 胡蘿蔔 30g 蔥 半支 薑 3片 蒜 2瓣 辣椒 1/3根 <br />

【調味料】蠔油 2小匙 【調味料】鹽 酌量 【調味料】白胡椒粉 少許 <br />

作法<br />

準備食材 <br />

香菇及胡蘿蔔切片,蔥切段,薑蒜辣椒切片 <br />

鍋熱放1小匙油,油熱炒香薑蒜辣椒及蔥白 <br />

接著放香菇和胡蘿蔔,炒幾下蓋上鍋蓋中小火燜煮,不用加水(注意不要燒乾),燜煮到香菇熟 <br />
4 <br />
香菇熟了才放2小匙蠔油,酌量的鹽及白胡椒粉拌炒入味,接著放1大匙水 <br />
5 <br />
再放蔥綠拌炒到蔥軟了就可以裝盤 <br />
6 <br />
完成 <br />
