材料<br />
鴨胗150公克韭菜花300公克辣椒1根蒜頭3顆沙拉油2大匙<br />

調味料<br />
雞精粉1大匙鹽1小匙米酒3大匙<br />

作法<br />
1.鴨胗洗淨切片;韭菜花洗淨沏4公分長段;辣椒切小片;蒜頭切片備用。 <br />
2.將作法1的鴨胗放入滾水汆燙1~2分鐘待涼備用。 <br />
3.取一鍋,將鍋燒熱,倒入2大匙的沙拉油,油溫熱後,加入作法1的辣椒片及蒜頭片爆香,再加入作法1的韭菜花及作法2的鴨胗炒約30秒,再放入所有的調味料略為拌炒即可
