材料<br />
土雞腿1支雞皮300公克蔥段15公克香菇絲3朵紅蘿蔔條30公克洋菜條5公克水650㏄<br />

調味料<br />
鹽1/2小匙冰糖1/2小匙米酒1大匙白胡椒粉少許<br />
<br />
作法<br />
1.先將雞肉雞皮洗淨,放入滾水中汆燙去血水。&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
2.將雞皮放入電鍋內鍋中,於外鍋加入2杯水,煮至開關跳起,再放入雞腿、蔥段、香菇、紅蘿蔔條、洋菜條、和調味料,於外鍋再加入1杯水,煮至開關跳起再燜五分鐘。&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
3.將作法2的雞腿取出切小片,取一模型,將雞腿肉片放入,再倒入作法2的材料和湯汁,待涼後以保鮮膜封緊,放入冰箱中冷藏至冰涼、凝固即可。
