<strong>主料:雞爪500克<br />
調料:蒜4瓣 檸檬1個 魚露20毫升 花彫酒15毫升 辣椒粉5克 羅勒6片 甜辣醬20毫升</strong><br />

泰式甜辣雞腳的做法<br />
<strong>1.雞腳洗淨後用花彫酒加清水浸泡15分鐘<br />
2.放入滾水中,一直保持微沸的狀態(火關至最小),煮15分鐘<br />
3.撈出後立馬放在冷水下衝洗冷,最後再放入冰水中浸泡一會兒<br />
4.生蒜製成蒜蓉,與甜辣醬、魚露、青檸檬混合<br />
5.羅勒洗淨,擦乾水分<br />
6.青檸檬擠出水分後切小塊、羅勒切條與4混合均勻<br />
7.放入瀝乾水分的雞腳中,充分攪拌<br />
8.最後裝入保鮮袋中,放入冰箱冷藏<br />
9.4-5個小時後可食用</strong><br />
