牛蒡豬腦盅

材料:豬腦1付、牛蒡1小段、蜜棗1粒、麥冬3g、枸杞6g、薑1片、米酒少許、鹽少許<br />

作法:<br />
<br />
1.先將豬腦上的血絲網膜挑乾淨,牛蒡用刀背刮除外皮切滾刀條,備用。<br />
<br />
2.把全部用料一齊放入燉盅內,加適量高湯,蓋上燉盅蓋,放入蒸籠蒸煮1小時。<br />
<br />
3.蒸熟透後取出,稍加調味,即可。
